AZETA ENOLOGIA Srl operates in the sector of the sale of additives, enzymes and processing aids for the winemaking industry, as well as MOCA, equipment and production of sparkling white and rosé wines, as well as the provision of after-sales assistance for winemaking equipment, led by a highly experienced management team that has oriented its corporate mission to fully satisfy customer needs and to the quality of the products and services provided.
The management, drawing on decades of experience in the sector and aware of the profound changes in the agri-food market, particularly the wine sector, to pursue this mission, relies on highly specialized personnel and efficient, cutting-edge equipment for the sector.
To complement the technological-production aspect, the activities to be carried out concern the development of a Food Safety Culture that originates from the company’s top management, passes through all the figures involved within the company and spreads outside the factory through activities aimed at informing and involving everyone who interacts with the plant, be they suppliers or customers.
The Management of AZETA ENOLOGIA Srl expresses its commitment to the development and implementation of the organizational model and to its continuous improvement:
CORPORATE PURPOSES
Regardless of the obvious compliance with all requirements set forth by the applicable national and EU regulations for the food, additives, and MOCA sectors, the Management has identified the adoption of the ISO 9001/2015 and ISO 22000/2018 standards as the operational tools to offer its customers and all stakeholders the broadest additional guarantees in terms of food safety, organizational efficiency, and the services provided.
Management required the responsible functions to implement the aforementioned standards in a truly usable tool, streamlined in application, and aimed at resolving certain issues rather than creating further critical issues. This included reducing paper records, moving toward full computerization where feasible, and maximizing information sharing within the company.
Furthermore, AZETA ENOLOGIA SRL intends to continue to enhance its tradition, which has allowed it to establish itself on the market with a highly specialized commercial approach for the production of quality white and rosé sparkling wines. It therefore aims to present itself as a reliable partner to all its stakeholders, committing to distribute authentic sparkling wines that comply with the declared quality requirements.
The company management has therefore developed, implemented, and maintained this Corporate Policy for Food Quality and Safety, with the primary objectives of producing safe food from a health and hygiene perspective, ensuring the quality, legality, and authenticity of the products manufactured, customer focus, and environmental sustainability, and finally, developing a plan for promoting a culture of quality and food safety.

Meanwhile, to Suppliers, with whom, as already mentioned in the introduction, AZETA ENOLOGIA SRL guarantees financial stability and continuity of supply in exchange for the latter’s assurance that they will guarantee the agreed and defined product and quality specifications.
To effectively respond to customers’ requests and increase satisfaction, AZETA ENOLOGIA SRL, through its sales department, constantly analyzes the weaknesses of its products and services. This allows it to proactively identify any potential needs, solutions, or responses to evolving market demands. COMPANY GOALS
The Management of AZETA ENOLOGIA SRL has established a framework for defining and reviewing quality and food safety objectives and ensures that the policy is always appropriate to the organization’s goals and is reviewed to ensure its continued suitability.
The objectives that AZETA ENOLOGIA SRL sets itself, and which also represent the main points for improvement, are:
The objectives expressed are translated into measurable indicators by Management and are subjected to appropriate monitoring. at least annually. The monitoring outcome is fully valuable input element for the realization of the Review of the adopted Management System.
Upon achieving each established objective, Management reserves the right to verify the adequacy of the contents of this Policy and to confirm or modify them in relation to specific corporate policy choices.
